Refund Policy

Foreword

This Returns Policy applies to all products sold by MachinerySparePart (hereinafter referred to as “we”, “us”, or “our”). For the purposes of this policy, “MachinerySparePart” refers to both the company and its products.


Overview

We are committed to providing reliable machinery spare parts and professional service to our business customers. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, please review the return guidelines below before submitting a return request.


Return Time Frame
  • 30 Days Policy:
    Returns must be requested within 30 days from the date of delivery.

  • After 30 Days:
    Returns will generally not be accepted unless the item is confirmed to be defective or covered under warranty.


Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, all of the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be unused, uninstalled, and in the same condition as received

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging

  • Valid proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation) must be provided

Items that do not meet these conditions may be refused or subject to deductions.


Handling Charge

For non-warranty returns approved by MachinerySparePart, a handling fee of up to 10% may be applied and deducted from the refund amount.


Made-to-Order (MTO) Items

Made-to-order (MTO) or customized products are non-returnable and non-refundable, unless a manufacturing defect or quality issue is confirmed.

If you believe an MTO item is defective, please contact us immediately with supporting evidence.


Exchanges

We only offer exchanges for items that are confirmed to be defective or damaged during shipment.
To request an exchange, please contact us at info@machinerysparepart.com with your order details and supporting photos.


Damaged Parcels

If you receive a damaged shipment, please follow these steps carefully:

  1. Sign as “Damaged” when receiving the parcel

  2. Provide clear photographic evidence, including:

    • The damaged item

    • Inner and outer packaging

    • Shipping label

    • Any missing contents, with visible external packaging damage

Failure to provide sufficient evidence may affect claim approval.


Warranty & Testing Exceptions

Certain parts (including but not limited to electrical components, sensors, control units, and motors) may require testing before a replacement or refund is approved.

  • If a replacement is requested before testing, the customer must pay for the replacement and shipping costs upfront

  • A refund will only be issued after testing confirms a manufacturing defect

  • All returns must be sent using a trackable shipping service

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except for approved warranty cases

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable

For high-value items, we strongly recommend using insured shipping services.


Collection of Returns

If you require us to arrange a return collection, please contact info@machinerysparepart.com.
Collection services can be arranged through our logistics partners; however, collection charges will be borne by the customer, unless the return is approved under warranty.


Refunds
  • Refunds are processed only after the returned item is received and inspected

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Processing times may vary depending on payment provider and bank policies


Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund:

  1. Check your bank or payment account

  2. Contact your payment provider

  3. Allow additional processing time

Shipping & Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders promptly using reliable carriers. However, delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control, including weather, customs clearance, or carrier delays.

Delivery delays caused by third-party carriers do not automatically qualify for refunds or compensation.


Leave-Safe Deliveries

If you request delivery to be left without signature:

  • MachinerySparePart accepts no liability for loss or damage after delivery

  • Leave-safe authorization must be provided before shipment
