Shipping Policy
1. Order Confirmation & Processing
After an order is placed on the MACHINERYSPAREPART website and payment terms are confirmed, an order confirmation will be issued by email.
Orders are generally processed within 1–30 business days, depending on product availability, order volume, and agreed payment terms.
For bulk or customized orders, processing time may vary and will be confirmed separately.
2. Shipping Methods
MACHINERYSPAREPART offers multiple logistics options to support B2B sourcing requirements:
Express Courier (DHL, FedEx, UPS, TNT or equivalent) – suitable for urgent or small-volume shipments
Air Freight – suitable for medium-volume orders requiring faster transit
Sea Freight – suitable for bulk orders and heavy cargo
Customer Pickup (Ex Works) – customers may arrange pickup from our warehouse or designated location
Shipping methods are selected based on order size, destination, and customer preference.
3. Estimated Transit Time (Reference Only)
Estimated transit times vary by shipping method and destination:
Express Courier: approximately 3–8 business days
Air Freight: approximately 5–12 business days
Sea Freight: approximately 20–45 calendar days
All transit times are estimates provided for reference only and are not guaranteed.
4. Freight & Shipping Charges
Freight charges are calculated based on shipment weight, volume, shipping method, destination, and applicable Incoterms.
For air freight, sea freight, or bulk orders, shipping costs will be quoted separately after order confirmation.
5. Shipping Terms (Incoterms)
Unless otherwise agreed, shipments may be arranged under commonly used Incoterms such as EXW, FOB, CFR, or CIF, subject to order confirmation.
6. Taxes, Duties & Customs
Import duties, taxes, customs fees, and clearance charges are not included in product prices or freight unless otherwise stated.
Such charges, if applicable, are the responsibility of the buyer.
7. Shipping Address & Pickup Requirements
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping or pickup information.
For customer pickup (Ex Works), pickup arrangements must be coordinated in advance.
8. Exception & Liability Notice
MACHINERYSPAREPART is not liable for delays or delivery issues caused by factors beyond our reasonable control, including customs procedures, carrier operations, force majeure events, or customer-provided information errors.
